SHIPPING POLICIES
We ship through out the United States and offer free shipping on orders over $75!
Orders and typically shipped within one to two business days. Please keep in mind that we are a small team of people and on occasion this timeline may be altered, especially during times of high volume such like the holidays, or after a large sale.
Packages are shipped via USPS or UPS from our warehouse in Minnesota. Most packages will arrives within their estimated delivery window, please keep in mind weather, pandemic, and carrier delays are possible.
EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICIES
We want you to LOVE your pajamas, just like so many of our customers do! Please refer to the guidelines below to determine whether your purchase qualifies for a return and/or exchange.

Return Policy:
We want you to LOVE your pajamas, just like so many of our customers do! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it to us within 30 days of receiving your package. If more than 30 days have passed since the arrival of your purchase, it is no longer eligible for return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with original tags, and in the same condition that you received it
“Clearance” and “markdown” items are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for cancellation, return, refund, or exchange
PKW offers returns at no charge for store credit returns. For refunds, a pre-paid return label is available for $7 - the cost of which will be deducted from your payout. This fee is waived if you wish to receive store credit, rather than a refund.
Returns are processed within 2 weeks of receiving the package. At that time, store credit/ refunds will be issued. Store credit will be issued in the form of a digital gift card. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Exchange Policy:
If you wish to make an exchange, exchanges will be issued in the form of store credit for you to place an order for your replacement item(s.) Store credit is issued once the item you wish to exchange has been returned to us.
Damaged / Defect Policy:
Damaged or defective merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 60 days of purchase, depending on the approval of our quality control team. Please submit you claim in our return portal. You will need your order number, photos, and an explanation of the defect. We will respond in 3-5 business days.

Laundry Care:
Machine wash your bamboo kids pajamas on cold with like colors. We recommend tumble drying on low. We recommend washing your bamboo inside out to get the most love and life out of your pajamas! Pro Tip: Prolong the life of your bamboo by washing it separately from other bulky items like towels, bedding, or anything with velcro or zippers.
