We want you to LOVE your pajamas, just like so many of our customers do! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it to us within 30 days of receiving your package. If more than 30 days have passed since the arrival of your purchase, it is no longer eligible for return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with original tags, and in the same condition that you received it
“Clearance” and “markdown” items are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for cancellation, return, refund, or exchange
PKW offers returns at no charge for store credit returns. For refunds, a pre-paid return label is available for $7 - the cost of which will be deducted from your payout. This fee is waived if you wish to receive store credit, rather than a refund.
Returns are processed within 2 weeks of receiving the package. At that time, store credit/ refunds will be issued. Store credit will be issued in the form of a digital gift card. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
If you wish to make an exchange, exchanges will be issued in the form of store credit for you to place an order for your replacement item(s.) Store credit is issued once the item you wish to exchange has been returned to us.
Damaged / Defect Policy:
Damaged or defective merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 60 days of purchase, depending on the approval of our quality control team. Please submit you claim in our return portal. You will need your order number, photos, and an explanation of the defect. We will respond in 3-5 business days.
